Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations of the Guest Relations department, ensuring smooth guest interactions.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Train and motivate team members to uphold Jumeirah’s high service standards.

• Proven experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
