As an Assistant Manager – Guest Services, you are responsible to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining hotel profitability by all section team members and providing information to guests and visitor’s inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote a helpful and professional image to the client.
- Ensure guest requirements are handled immediately with speed and efficiency.
- Control departmental expenses through proper analysis and planning.
- Review in-house guest lists and be familiar with guest preferences.
- Assist Team Leaders in documenting guest requests and updating profiles.
- Maintain awareness of competitor’s services and rate structures.
Requirements
- Degree in the hospitality field.
- Previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Opera.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
