Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in implementing Emiratisation strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for Emirati talent.
- Contribute to the development, review, and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure strict compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations and engagement programs, specifically tailored for Emirati staff.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and comprehensive administrative support.
Requirements
- Must be an Emirati National (as indicated by "Emiraitsed" in the job title).
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
