    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide timely and accurate HR operational support to internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality.
    • Oversee the HR reception area, ensuring colleague queries are managed promptly and fostering a welcoming environment.
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to create smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
    • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to keep SAP data up to date and compliant with audit standards.
    • Drive employee engagement activity by planning and executing hotel colleague events and activities.
    • Support internal communications through employee platforms, collaborating with other departments to deliver engaging messaging.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within luxury hospitality.
    • Strong working knowledge of SAP and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Customer-centric mindset with discretion and confidentiality.
