Key Responsibilities
- Support the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years at an Assistant Manager level.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
