    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations of the footwear laboratory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
    • Oversee testing procedures for footwear materials and finished products.
    • Ensure all laboratory activities comply with PUMA’s quality standards and international regulations.
    • Lead and mentor laboratory technicians and staff.
    • Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
    • Implement new testing methods and technologies to improve lab capabilities.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a footwear or textile laboratory setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of footwear material testing standards and equipment.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
    • Familiarity with quality assurance processes in the sports apparel industry.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
