Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs and strategies.
• Support the creation and delivery of engaging training materials and workshops for all resort staff.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring maximum participation and impact across departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and recommend continuous improvements based on feedback and results.
• Contribute to fostering a vibrant culture of continuous learning, growth, and high performance within the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a luxury hospitality or integrated resort environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent management practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic pre-opening environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and e-learning platforms, with experience in developing digital learning content.
