Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of new real estate development projects.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in real estate project management or development.
- Proven track record in successfully initiating and delivering new projects from conception to completion.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
