Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding programs and initiatives.
- Ensure a seamless and positive new hire experience from offer acceptance to integration.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and wider HR teams to align onboarding strategies.
- Manage all administrative processes related to new hires, including documentation and system setup.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding processes, proposing improvements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new employees during their initial journey with the company.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition or onboarding management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee lifecycle, and relevant employment laws.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and onboarding software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
