Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures for properties.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Identify and report on defects or non-conformities, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and inspection tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
