Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of public area cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and common areas, meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in public area operations.
