Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all public areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate the public area team to maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control measures in line with Wynn’s luxury brand standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for public area operations effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational synergy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public area management or a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort setting (5+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining pristine environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and adapt to operational needs.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
