Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or executive search, preferably at a mid-senior level.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the Sri Lankan and Asian job markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
