Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing production schedules in the plastic extrusion unit.
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor and control production processes to minimize waste and maximize output.
- Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain safety standards in the plant.
- Prepare production reports and assist in performance analysis for improvement.
- Help manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production management role within the plastic extrusion industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to motivate teams.
- Ability to speak Hindi is preferred to facilitate communication with diverse staff.
