    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of large, complex design projects.
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary design and delivery teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
    • Communicate updates, actions, and priorities to the project team effectively and efficiently.
    • Review design outputs to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
    • Support the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) strategy, including sustainability and innovation goals.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in design and/or project management within the Property & Buildings sector.
    • Strong understanding of integrated design delivery processes and multidisciplinary collaboration.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project).
