Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing on-site project activities and progress.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Prepare regular project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Participate in site inspections and provide technical guidance as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project environment.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools is a plus.
