Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various client projects.
- Support the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Help in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures for clients.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR assistant or similar administrative role (2 years+ preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office Suite.
