Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all stewarding operations for catering and banquet functions.
• Ensure meticulous cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service areas.
• Implement and enforce strict hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP and local regulations.
• Manage inventory of stewarding supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Lead, train, and develop the stewarding team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure seamless operational flow and support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in stewarding management, ideally within a luxury hotel or integrated resort environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Thorough knowledge of international sanitation, hygiene (HACCP), and safety standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across departments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as business demands.
