Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the Store Manager in all operational duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail store management or assistant management.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
