Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve sales objectives.
• Ensure elevated standards of customer satisfaction by providing detailed product information and suggesting complementary items.
• Enhance customer relationships by listening to feedback and building personalized customer experiences.
• Contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining visual display and store standards.
• Support the Store Manager and inspire the team by ensuring in-store follow-up after training.
• Ensure the stock and backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; additional language knowledge is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail sector in a similar role is preferred.
