Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.

  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to maintain brand standards.
  • Support with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
