Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily resource utilization and manage floor and delivery operations.
- Plan outgoing truck loading and schedule routing to meet delivery lead-time targets.
- Communicate with the TM CBD team and customer receiving staff to expedite truck offloading.
- Ensure quantity of goods loaded/received matches order quantity for inventory accuracy.
- Verify the quantity and quality of returned goods from trade as per documents.
- Ensure collection of payments and invoices at the time of delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate in any relevant discipline or high school graduate with equivalent experience.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in fleet management.
- Good knowledge in Quality Assurance elements and implementation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
