Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and programs.
- Drive initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Assess organizational needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management processes and support employees through organizational transitions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Measure the impact of OD initiatives and report on key metrics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development and HR.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful OD programs.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, organizational design, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
