Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to support commercial activities.

- Process inquiries and follow up on leads effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to optimize outreach strategies.
