Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting on customer engagement and impact.
  • Educate and guide partners on Rainforest Alliance certification standards and processes.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, CRM systems, and communication tools.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Rainforest Alliance.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
