Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and drive informed decisions.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably at a Director level.
• Strong understanding of talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex HR data and provide strategic insights.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the retail or technology sectors is a plus.
