Key Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategies for data center and energy infrastructure clients.
• Source and recruit engineering, construction, and C-Suite level candidates.
• Manage permanent and contract placements across EMEA, North America & APAC.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a high level of service and expertise in talent consultancy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within specialized sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes for engineering, construction, and executive roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment across multiple regions (EMEA, North America & APAC).
• Experience with both permanent and contract placements.
• A proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent.
