Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and provide expert advice on complex projects and programs.
- Oversee project controls, scheduling, and risk management across various assignments.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of planning professionals.
- Collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and implement robust planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure the accurate preparation of detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and controls, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing planning teams on large-scale, complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
