Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives and provide expert advice on complex projects and programs.
  • Oversee project controls, scheduling, and risk management across various assignments.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of planning professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement robust planning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure the accurate preparation of detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and controls, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing planning teams on large-scale, complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
