Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for private market funds.
  • Support various fund administration activities, including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
  • Perform reconciliation of cash and investment positions to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain proper accounting records in accordance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with investment and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth fund operations.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes and ongoing management of private funds.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine interest in private market investments and fund accounting principles.
