Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the Group.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive reward offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of rewards professionals.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive employee engagement through effective reward initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior compensation and benefits or rewards management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of current HR trends, compensation practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail and hospitality environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
