Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet Rosewood’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and service areas.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks of cleaning and moving throughout the hotel.
