Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Contribute to employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with 2+ years.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
