Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with 2+ years.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
