Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support across various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and business units to provide timely and effective HR services.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the financial services or investment management sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
