Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support across various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the financial services or investment management sector.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
