Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing M&A, capital markets, and other strategic transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.

- Research industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of finance.
