Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive hardware and software test plans.
• Design and implement advanced test automation frameworks and tools.
• Oversee the testing of complex embedded systems and consumer electronic products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
• Mentor junior test engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hardware and software testing, with a focus on consumer electronics.
• Proven expertise in test automation, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and test methodologies.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, digital circuits, and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
