Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify top-tier candidates for Sales, Service, and Delivery roles using various recruitment platforms and strategies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to effectively assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for Tesla.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact and interview coordination to offer extension.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate information and recruitment progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Actively contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience and strengthening Tesla’s employer brand in the market.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience in recruitment or a demonstrated strong interest and passion for talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A deep-seated passion for Tesla’s mission, products, and commitment to sustainable energy.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German language is a significant advantage.
