Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Smartsheet instances, including workspaces, sheets, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Smartsheet users across various departments.
- Develop, implement, and optimize Smartsheet solutions to enhance project tracking and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective workflows and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Smartsheet platform.
- Create and maintain documentation for Smartsheet processes and provide user training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or in a similar support role.
- Proven proficiency in Smartsheet platform features, including formulas, automation, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
