Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of account strategies for key partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic restaurant and retail partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive increased partner engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to ensure partner success.
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and ensuring partner compliance with agreements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage for the UAE market.
