Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support the talent acquisition team in identifying and engaging top candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
