Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist guests with menu selections and special requests.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese preferred.
