Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for various events and presentations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of microphones, speakers, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
- Provide technical support during live events, meetings, and workshops.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on AV equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand and fulfill their AV needs.
- Manage inventory of AV equipment and ensure its availability for scheduled events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician, minimum 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of various AV equipment and technologies (audio mixers, projectors, cameras, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move AV equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
