Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks, providing recommendations for mitigation and process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, detailing findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to facilitate the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, records, and accounting systems.
- Stay updated with the latest auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in auditing, financial analysis, or a similar relevant role.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in audit software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting findings clearly.
