Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and other channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, airport services, and general queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures for customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a contact center environment (2 years+ preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
