Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably 5+ years.
  • Knowledge of Colombian labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
