Key Responsibilities

  • Assist nurses and medical staff with essential patient care tasks and daily activities.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Help patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients.
  • Accurately document patient observations and care activities.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Auxiliar de Enfermería (Nursing Assistant) program or equivalent vocational training.
  • No prior professional experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
