Key Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and medical staff with essential patient care tasks and daily activities.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals.
- Help patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients.
- Accurately document patient observations and care activities.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Auxiliar de Enfermería (Nursing Assistant) program or equivalent vocational training.
- No prior professional experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
