Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust quality assurance policies and procedures specific to aviation training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training activities, materials, and methodologies to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of training facilities, equipment, and instructional delivery.
• Identify potential non-conformities and areas for improvement, recommending and overseeing corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all quality control activities, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with instructors, management, and regulatory bodies to foster a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the aviation training sector.
• Thorough understanding of relevant aviation regulatory requirements and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, EASA, GCAA).
• Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to upholding rigorous quality standards.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
