Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage payment investigation processes and a dedicated team.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of payment discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, and potential fraud cases.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and international payment standards.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments, including compliance, risk, and operations, to resolve complex payment issues.
• Implement best practices and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payment operations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on investigation findings, trends, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payment operations or payment investigation within the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of various payment systems, SWIFT, local and international banking regulations.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
