Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to payroll.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation within payroll operations.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and Legal departments on all payroll-related matters.
• Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, analyses, and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in payroll management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with large-scale payroll software and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
