Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of Evaluar’s technology platform for human talent development.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in various sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology or HR tech industry.
- Strong understanding of human talent development and assessment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a sales team.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required, and English proficiency is a plus.
