Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate B737 aircraft in accordance with all aviation regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control, cabin crew, and ground staff.
- Adhere to TUI’s operational policies and procedures at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and professional flight environment.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with frozen ATPL.
- Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrate significant flying experience, preferably on multi-engine aircraft.
- Ability to successfully complete a B737 type rating program (if not already held).
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities for a diverse flight environment.
